The Senator for Justice and Constitution of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen is the Justice Senator responsible for the area of ​​justice as the highest state authority and thus represents the Ministry of Justice of the State of Bremen. After the Second World War , Theodor Spitta ( BDV ) was the first Justice Senator in the Vagts Senate . From 1919 to 1933 he was responsible for the judiciary and education. From 1995 to 2007, the Justice Department was also part of the Bremen Mayor .
