The most dangerous roads in the world (original title: World's Most Dangerous Roads , German alternative title: Caution Abyss! ) Is a documentary series by BBC Two . It presents traffic routes worldwide that are used by celebrities as part of the broadcast.
concept
Two British celebrities, mostly comedians or actors, are traveling in a four-wheel drive vehicle on a road that is considered dangerous by European standards. In addition to the interaction between driver and front passenger, the whole thing is commented on from the off, in the English-language original by Adrian Dunbar .
publication
The first release took place in three seasons of three episodes from 2011 to 2013 on BBC Two.
In German-speaking countries, the first two episodes were shown on Motorvision TV in September 2012 , and shortly afterwards ZDFneo added the series to its program. The series has been repeated regularly on Spiegel TV Wissen since 2018 .
