Dietmar Krämer (born September 11, 1955 ) is a former German soccer player . Since July 2009 he has been training the women's regional division 1. FFC Montabaur .

Player career

Dietmar Krämer started his career at TuS Neuendorf . From there he moved to Hertha BSC in the 1st Bundesliga in 1976 .

At Hertha, however, under Georg Keßler , Krämer initially had problems finding his position in the squad. So he came in the 1976/77 season only to three missions. In the same season, Hertha reached the final of the DFB Cup , but had to admit defeat to 1. FC Köln after a replay . Even under Kuno Klötzer , Krämer only played three games in 1977/78 , none of which he played over the full distance. It was not until 1978/79 that Krämer regularly came into play due to the triple exposure. Hertha played their way up to the semi-finals in the UEFA Cup , but were eliminated there because of the away goals rule against Red Star Belgrade , with Krämer playing both semi-finals over the full distance. Krämer was also in the starting line-up in the DFB Cup final against Fortuna Düsseldorf . At the beginning of extra time he was replaced by Thomas Remark and could not prevent the late winning goal by Wolfgang Seel for Fortunen. In the following season , Hertha finished 16th in the final table and had to relegate due to the two goals worse goal difference against Bayer 05 Uerdingen , although they were defeated 3-0 on matchday 30, including two goals from Dietmar Krämer .

After descending Dietmar Krämer left Germany and moved to the Switzerland for FC Wettingen in the second-class National League B .

Coaching career

After his career as a player, Krämer trained in the men's area, among others, the Eisbachtaler Sportfreunde , VfL Freiendiez and SG Langenhahn-Rothenbach, before he became a DFB base coach in 2005 . In July 2009, Krämer, who has the A license, took over the coaching position at the women's regional division 1. FFC Montabaur . At the end of the season, Krämer's contract was extended by one year. And even after the runner-up in the following season, an agreement was reached on a contract extension until June 2012.
