Dirk Wijnalda (born July 18, 1973 in Boalsert ) is a Dutch triathlete and vice-European champion in the long-distance triathlon (2014).

Career

Dirk Wijnalda starts in the triathlon on the long distance.

In September 2014 he became Vice European Champion Long Distance Triathlon and thus also national champion in the long distance. In 2015 he finished third at the European Championships.

In August 2018 he was second in the Ironman Maastricht-Limburg national champion on the long distance triathlon.

He has been married to Saskia Wijnalda te Velde since 2008 and lives with his family in Bunnik .
