Dody thorn
Dody Jane Dorn (born April 20, 1955 in Santa Monica , Los Angeles County ) is an American film editor .
Life
Dody Jane Dorn was born as the daughter of the set designer and film producer Ray Dorn . During her time at Hollywood High School , she originally wanted to be a math teacher. But a temporary job at the recording studio for a film changed her mind, so that she ended up in sound and image editing in 1979 through a wide variety of jobs as a production assistant, actress, location manager and script supervisor. After initially not getting along with film editing, she withdrew to sound editing and was solely responsible for it until 1990. Only with Murderous Decision and together with Richard A. Harris , Mark Goldblatt and Conrad Buff IV on Terminator 2 - Reckoning Day, she independently cut a film.
