Donaudorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Ybbs an der Donau in Lower Austria.

Donaudorf lies above Ybbs and diagonally across from Persenbeug on the right bank of the Danube. It used to belong to the rule of Freiin Trenck von Tonder , who also owned the Donaudorf Castle in Donaudorf . In the course of the construction of the Ybbs-Persenbeug power plant, 32 of the former 47 houses were demolished, the street was raised and the bank area was rebuilt. The castle in the village was initially used as the site of the construction management and later also blown up. Before that, however, the frescoes with oriental motifs created by Johann Baptist Wenzel Bergl in 1773 were removed from the great hall and transferred to Laudon Castle .
