Doninwest (Russian: Донинвест ) was a Russian car brand.

Company history

The manufacturer was the Taganrog automobile plant , which brought models from the foreign manufacturers Daewoo Motors and Citroën to the Russian market under this brand name . In 1995 the first vehicles were made from CKD units . In 1998 a new plant with an annual capacity of 120,000 cars was completed. The high proportion of imported vehicle parts ensured that the vehicles were relatively expensive on the Russian market. The end of the brand came in 2002.
