Duel of the Stars - The Sat.1 Promiarena was a game show moderated by Jochen Schropp . It was first broadcast by Sat.1 in January 2017 .
concept
In each episode there were two celebrity teams; B. Comedians versus pop singers who competed against each other in order to " duel " in various action or strategy games and games at the desk . The teams played in a similar way to Who knows something? for the audience block assigned to the team, in which there were 50 families. The maximum prize money was 105,000 euros, which was ultimately divided among the families of the winning celebrity team.
procedure
First, the moderator presented the respective game to the celebrity teams. They then discussed which of them was playing the game and what amount they wanted to use for it. The team that won the game was credited the amount to their account. In the grand finale, all six celebrities would have to compete against each other in order to secure the money raised for their families.
