Bad luck - Kidnapping for Beginners (Original title: Screwed ) is an American comedy film from 2000 . Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski directed and wrote the screenplay.

action

Willard Fillmore works for the wealthy Ms. Crock as a driver. She refuses to buy him a new service uniform, whereupon he kidnaps her dog and demands a million dollar ransom. Since he doesn't get any money, he calls in Rusty P. Hayes as an accomplice. A corpse is said to be used to simulate the death of Fillmore.

Fillmore receives the money, but shortly afterwards loses it in favor of two children who rob him. He is found by the police and taken to a hospital. The mother of one of the children returns the purse, but she does not receive any more money, only scraps of newspaper. Fillmore and Hayes are already planning a long vacation, which they give up after discovering the loss.

The body is found by the police and given to the coroner Grover Cleaver. Cleaver demands part of the ransom from Fillmore. Cleaver and Fillmore find out that Fillmore has been betrayed by his accomplice.
