Dylan Sprouse
Dylan Thomas Sprouse (born August 4, 1992 in Arezzo ) is an American film actor , who is mainly known for the role of "Zack Martin" from the series Hotel Zack & Cody and Zack & Cody on board .
life and career
Dylan Sprouse was born to US immigrants Matthew Sprouse and Melanoe Wright, who taught at an English language school in Tuscany . He has a twin brother, Cole Sprouse , who is 15 minutes younger . Shortly after he was born, the family moved back to their hometown of Long Beach, California .
Sprouse began his acting career on television in 1993, when he and his brother Cole shared the role of "Patrick Kelly" in the television series Grace (Grace Under Fire) until 1998 , when they took turns in portraying the role. Over the next several years, he continued to appear in several films and television series with his brother. In 2017 he played the lead role of "Lucas Ward" in the thriller Dismissed , starred in the short film Carte Blanche that same year and took on the role of "Nick" in the film Banana Split. The following year he took on the role of "Paul" in the short film Daddy and played "Calaf" in the film Turandot . In August 2019 it was announced that Sprouse would star as "Trevor" in After We Collided, the sequel to the 2019 film After .
After leaving Zack & Cody on board in 2011, Sprouse attended New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study and earned a degree in video game design.
He is also a co-founder of the New York Met brewery All-Wise Meadery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn , which he opened in 2018.
Filmography
With the exception of "Piggy Banks" and "Snow Buddies", the engagements before 2017 were joint roles with Cole Sprouse , in which the brothers took turns in portraying the roles. In some projects they also worked at the same time and played different roles.
