Dzielnica I Stare Miasto ( German district 1 old town ) is the central district of Krakow in Poland , it covers an area of 5.57 km² and has 30,609 inhabitants with a population density of 5498 inhabitants / km² (as of December 31, 2019). While parts of the district are UNESCO World Heritage Sites , the New Town includes one of Krakow's most modern districts.
