Edmund "Edi" Jäger (born March 11, 1967 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian actor, cabaret artist, producer and member of the artistic management team of the Kleiner Theater Salzburg .

Life

Jäger completed his acting training in Salzburg, film and camera training at the "Hollywood Acting Workshop" in Los Angeles, and singing with Steven Memel in Los Angeles and Donald Books in Graz. Engagements at outstanding theaters in the entire German-speaking area such as ( Schauspielhaus Graz , Staatstheater Darmstadt , Salzburger Landestheater , Volkstheater Munich , Staatstheater Kassel , Wiener Festwochen , Posthof Linz, Treibhaus Innsbruck) and regularly as a guest with productions in the Kleiner Theater Salzburg. He also worked in television and cinema productions. Collaboration with the following directors: Ulrich Matthes, Michael Gruner, Herwig Seeböck, Andreas Vitasek, Giora Seeliger, Hanspeter Horner, Horst Ruprecht, Eva Diamantstein, Carlo Formigoni, Doris Harder, Klaus Rohrmoser, Thomas Krupa, Fabian Kametz etc. Participation in many TV and Cinema productions: Cooperation with directors such as Marco Kalantari, Andreas Gruber, Wolfgang Murnberger, Michael Haneke, Elisabeth Scharang, Oscar winner Zsuzsa Böszörmenyi, Till Endemann etc. Various cabaret programs, regular cooperation with renowned Austrian musicians.
