There are three records for the 17th and 18th centuries (1656, 1665 and 1763) that Einraffshof was a branch of the parish of Schondra.

After a long state of devastation caused by the Thirty Years War , a new owner of the Einraffshof can be documented for 1716. In 1834, the Mannheim ship owner Heinrich Sturz acquired the Einraffshof and the Klingelhof from the Grafenrheinfeld Church Foundation and the Fuldische Schildeck Foundation, which had owned the courtyards since 1820. A master brewer named Christoph Kottenhäuser from Neuburg near Herzogenaurach is also documented for the year 1834, which suggests the operation of a brewery in Einraffshof.

On April 24, 1933, a labor camp was set up in Oberleichtersbach , which was officially relocated to Unterleichtersbach on April 1, 1935 , but in reality it was relocated to Einraffshof. The official camp designation of the Reich Labor Service Department was "RAD Abtlg. Megingaud von Mainfranken 7/283 Schondra ". The tasks of the labor service included a. Cultivation of fields in Unterleichtersbach and construction of farm roads in Breitenbach . On March 29, 1936 there was a death in the labor camp with the suicide of troop leader Ernst Fürst from Würzburg. Einraffshof itself now became a hamlet. On November 18, 1943, a property in Einraffshof caught fire from enemy incendiary bombs; A few hundred meters south of Einraffshof an explosive bomb fell on the same day.

After the American occupation of Schondra on April 5, 1945, many refugees came to Einraffshof from the east, so that the labor camp was now converted into a refugee camp. From 1946 to October 15, 1956, there was a school for refugee children in Einraffshof.

In May 1947 a field cross was built on the town's main street; its foundation contains a document that informs about the fate of the resettled Wildfleckener.
