El Bilal Touré (born October 3, 2001 in Ivory Coast ) is a Malian football player who has been under contract with the French first division club Stade Reims since January 2020 . The winger , who can also be used as a striker , has been a Malian U23 international since November 2019 .

In the Ivory Coast -born Malian El Bilal Touré comes from the youth development of Afrique Football elite and moved in January 2020 at the age of 18 for French first division side Stade Reims , where he signed a five-year contract. There he was initially assigned to the reserve team Stade Reims II, which played in the fourth-class Championship National 2 . On January 11, 2020 (16th matchday) he gave in a 4-4 draw against Sainte-Geneviève Sports when he came on for Hamza Khida in the 72nd minute and scored a goal in the 85th minute. In his second appearance two weeks later (17th matchday) in the home game against the US Lusitanos Saint-Maur , he started and scored the only goal of the day to win 1-0. His performances were also noted by David Guion , the first team head coach. This let him start on February 1, 2020 (22nd matchday) in the league game at SCO Angers instead of the regular striker Boulaye Dia . He contributed a penalty goal to the 4-1 victory , making him the youngest scorer of the Rouges et Blancs in the last 50 years at the age of 18 and 121 days . He scored his second goal of the season on February 16 (25th matchday) in a 1-0 home win against Stade Rennes with a penalty. This 2019/20 season he played seven league games in which he scored three goals.

National team

With the Malian U20 national team , he took part in the U20 African Championship in Niger in February 2019 . He was used in all three group matches from the start and he retained this status in the final round. In the semi-final against Nigeria he utilized in the penalty shootout the winning penalty to move into the final against Senegal . This one won again in the penalty shootout, whereby Touré did not have to compete for his attempt, since one had already won before. Touré was not included in the U20 squad for the 2019 U20 World Cup in Poland .

In November 2019 he was in action for the U23s at the U23 Africa Cup of Nations 2019 in all three games of the group stage that they did not survive.
