Predrag Rajković ( Serbian - Cyrillic Предраг Рајковић ; born October 31, 1995 in Negotin , BR Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian football goalkeeper who has been under contract with Stade Reims since summer 2019 . With the Serbian junior national teams, he won the European and World Cup .
Career

Rajković began playing football in his hometown of Negotin at FK Hajduk Veljko . Here he was trained by his father, who was also a goalkeeper in the small club. The FK Jagodina quickly recognized his talent and took the then 13-year-olds in the youth department. From the 2012/13 season , the teenager was an integral part of the professional squad and came as a second goalkeeper to some appearances in the Serbian elite class. The following season, Rajković moved to league rivals and record champions FK Red Star Belgrade . In his very first season he won the championship with the traditional club, but was rarely used behind the goalkeeper Boban Bajković . From the 2014/15 season , he ousted his new competitor Damir Kahriman and established himself as the new number one. For the second half of the season Rajković took over the captaincy at the age of 19. The following summer, shortly before the end of the transfer period, the Serb moved to the Israeli Champions League participant Maccabi Tel Aviv for a transfer fee of three million euros .
National team
Rajković went through all Serbian selections from the U-16 national team , winning the U-19 European Championship in Lithuania in 2013 and the U-20 World Championship in New Zealand in 2015 , with the goalkeeper being named the best goalkeeper of the tournament. He made his senior national team debut at the age of 17 on August 7, 2013 in an international match against Colombia at the Mini Estadi in Barcelona , when he was substituted on by Siniša Mihajlović two minutes before the end of the game. Two years later, Rajković made his starting line-up debut in a friendly against France . In 2018 he took part in the World Cup with Serbia , but was not used. Serbia was eliminated in the preliminary round.
