The Serbian U-20 national soccer team is a selection team of Serbian soccer players. It is subject to the Fudbalski savez Srbije (FSS) and represents it internationally at U-20 level , for example in friendly matches against the national teams of other national associations or at the U-20 World Cup . The team is treated by both FIFA and UEFA as the direct successor to the Yugoslav and Serbian-Montenegrin U-20 national teams . The Serbian U-19 team reached the semi -finals of the 2014 U-19 European Championship . Thus, the U-20 team was qualified for the World Cup as an independent state for the first time in 2015 . At the tournament in New Zealand , she became world champion by beating Brazil in the final.

Current squad
Below is the roster during the 2015 World Cup in New Zealand . With four players each, most of the footballers from FK Crvena zvezda (“Red Star”) and FK Vojvodina are in the squad.
