Stefan Ilić ( Serbian - Cyrillic Стефан Илић * 27. March 1990 in Belgrade , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian hockey players , who since 2016 again at Hockey Milano Rossoblu is under contract with the club in the Italian Serie B play.

Career

Stefan Ilić began his career as a hockey player with HK Beostar in his hometown of Belgrade , for whom he made his debut in the Serbian ice hockey league at the age of 16 . During the 2008/09 season he moved to local rivals KHK Red Star Belgrade and after the season continued to HK Partizan Belgrade . With the partisans he won the Serbian championship title in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 and the Slohokej League in 2011 and 2012 . After these successes, he moved to the Italian Serie A in 2013 , where he first played for Hockey Milano Rossoblu and was on the ice at HC Valpellice from 2014 to 2016 . With the team from Piedmont he won the Italian Ice Hockey Cup in 2016 . Then he returned to the red and blue, who now played in the second-rate Serie B , back. With the Milanese he was able to win the Coppa Italia again in 2017 and 2018 and also the championship in Serie B in 2018.

International

For Serbia and Montenegro Ilić took part in the junior division of the U18 World Cup in 2006 in Division II. After the separation of Montenegro, he played with the Serbian selection in the U18 section in 2007 in the Division II and in 2008 in the Division III and the U20 World Championships in 2008 in the Division III and in 2009 and 2010 in Division II.

In the men's area, Ilić played for the Serbian team at the World Championships in 2008 , 2009 , 2011 , 2012 , 2013 , 2014 , 2015 , 2016 and 2018 in Division II and in 2010 in Division I. In addition, he was in the qualifying tournaments for the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver and in 2018 in Pyeongchang for its colors on the ice.
