El Salvador is a city and a municipality in southeastern Cuba and belongs to the Guantánamo province .

geography

The municipality of El Salvador has a total area of ​​630.38 km². It is on the provincial borders with Santiago de Cuba in the west and Holguín in the north. East of the municipality is the municipality of the provincial capital Guantánamo and Niceto Pérez in the south .
