Enoch Mgijima ( English Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality ) is a local municipality in the Chris Hani district of the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa . It was created on August 3, 2016 from the three communities Inkwanca , Lukhanji and Tsolwana . The administrative headquarters are in Komani (Queenstown) . Mayor is Luleka Elizabeth Gubhula-Mqingwana.

The parish name refers to a local clergyman at the beginning of the 20th century (see also Whittlesea (South Africa) ).
