Ephraim is located in eastern Wisconsin on the west bank of Green Bay , a bay on Lake Michigan . The geographical coordinates of Ephraim are 45 ° 09'23 "north latitude and 87 ° 10'05" west longitude. The municipality extends over an area of 18.54 km², which is spread over 9.81 km² of land and 8.73 km² of water. The municipality of Ephraim is surrounded to the east by the Town of Gibraltar and to the west by the Town of Liberty Grove , without belonging to any of them.
Neighboring towns to Ephraim are Sister Bay (6.5 km northeast), Ellison Bay (15.2 km in the same direction) and Fish Creek (7.7 km southwest).
