Erlen is a district in the Alt Refrath district of the city of Bergisch Gladbach in the Rheinisch-Bergisches Kreis .
Location and description
Alder is in the area of the streets Stachelsgut and Simonswiese . It now forms the closed settlement area (Alt) Refrath with the surrounding villages .
history
The place is from the Prussian new recording from 1892 on Ordnance Survey regularly as alder listed or with no name.
Due to the Cologne Act , the city of Bensberg was merged with Bergisch Gladbach to form the city of Bergisch Gladbach with effect from January 1, 1975. Alder also became part of Bergisch Gladbach.
