The Second Division 1923/24 was the tenth season of the second highest Belgian division in men's football . It began on September 2, 1923 and ended on April 13, 1924.

The league was divided into two groups of 14 teams each. They played against each other twice on a total of 26 match days, divided into a first round and a second half. The top two in the table rose directly to the first division . The two runners-up found the third promoted player in the play-off. The last four teams were relegated.
