The Second Division 1941/42 was the 26th season of the second highest Belgian division in men's football . It began in September 1941 and ended in May 1942.

In the two years before there were no official championships because of the Second World War.

mode

The game was played in two groups of 14 clubs each. Each team played twice against each other on a total of 26 match days, divided into a first and a second half. The two top of the table rose to the first division . For this season, the Belgian association decided not to relegate a club.
