The Second Division 1993/94 was the 77th season of the second highest Belgian division in men's football . It started in September 1993 and ended in May 1994.

The 16 clubs played against each other twice on a total of 30 match days, divided into a first half and a second half.

The 30 game days were divided into three stages: (1 to 10, 11 to 20 and 21 to 30). The table first and champion rose directly. The second promoted team was determined in a play-off round with four teams. The second in the table and the respective winners of the three stages took part. If the champion, runner-up or another club had won more than one stage, the general ranking was taken.

The bottom of the table was relegated to the third division .

The three-point rule was introduced during the season , while other divisions stayed with the two-point system for the time being. From the following season, the league was increased to 18 clubs.
