The Second Division 1913/14 was the fifth season of the second highest Belgian division in men's football and the last season before the interruption caused by the First World War until 1919. It began on September 7, 1913 and ended on March 29, 1914.

The twelve teams played against each other twice on a total of 22 match days, divided into a first and a second half. The table first and second rose to the first division . The two bottom of the table were relegated.

To determine the promotion and relegation positions, there were playoffs in the event of a tie.
