The Second Division 1924/25 was the eleventh season of the second highest Belgian division in men's football . It began in September 1924 and ended in April 1925.

The game was played in two groups of 14 clubs each. Each team played twice against each other on a total of 26 match days, divided into a first and a second half. The top two in the table rose directly to the first division . The two runners-up found the third promoted player in the play-off. The last four teams were relegated.
