The Second Division 1925/26 was the twelfth season of the second highest Belgian division in men's football . It began on September 13, 1925 and ended on May 16, 1926.

The game was played in two groups of 14 clubs each. The top two in the table rose directly to the first division . The two runners-up found the third promoted player in the play-off. The league became single-track again from the following season. Therefore, the last seven clubs from each group relegated to the newly created third division . To determine the promotion and relegation positions, there were playoffs in the event of a tie.
