Ertuğrul Yalçınbayır

Ertuğrul Yalçınbayır (* 1946 in Chaskowo , Bulgaria ) is a Turkish lawyer, politician and former minister.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of İstanbul . Yalçınbayır then worked as a freelance lawyer and observer in the Turkish Football Federation . He was a member of the Bursa City Council .

Yalçınbayır was the AKP MP for Bursa Province in the 20th, 21st, and 22nd legislative periods of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey . He was also President of the Constitutional Commission in Parliament. He was also Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State in the 58th Government of the Republic of Turkey ( Gül Cabinet ).

Ertuğrul Yalçınbayır is married and has two children.
