Eslöv is a municipality ( Swedish kommun ) in the southern Swedish province of Skåne län and the historic province of Skåne . The main town of the municipality is Eslöv .
history
The current municipality of Eslöv was created in 1971 from the merger of the former municipalities of Löveröd , Skarhult , Marieholm and Eslöv.

Nordic Sugar is located in Eslöv, one of the largest sugar factories in Europe and belongs to Nordzucker AG.
Attractions
There are eleven castles and palaces in the municipality. In the village of Västra Strö you can find the Västra Strö monument with rune stones dating from around the year 1000. There are two nature reserves, Allmänningen and Abullahagen .
