The FC Cesarense ( officially: Futebol Clube Cesarense ) is a football club from the central Portuguese town of Cesar .
history
The association was founded on January 1st, 1932. António Gomes Correia Júnior was co-founder and first president.
In the first 75 years of its existence, the club won titles in the leagues of the Aveiro district . In 1983, 1985 and 2009 he won the championship of the 1st Divisão of the Aveiro Football Association, and in 2008 the regional cup (AF Aveiro Taça). After winning the title in 2009, the club rose in 2010 as runner-up for the first time in its history in the II Divisão, but could not avoid relegation in the first year. In the 2011/12 season he was immediately promoted again.
