The FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup 2011 is the sixth edition of the World Cup tournament for men in beach soccer organized by FIFA . For the first time the Beach Soccer World Cup will be held in Italy and for the third time outside of Brazil . It took place from September 1 to 11, 2011 in Ravenna .

qualification

Europe

The qualification took place in Bibione , Italy from July 11th to 18th, 2010. 27 teams took part and played for the four finals.

South America

The qualification for the three starting places at the World Cup took place in January 2011 in Brazil .

Africa

The qualification took place from June 14th to 19th, 2011 in Casablanca , Morocco .

Asia

The qualification took place in January 2011.

CONCACAF

The qualification took place from December 1st to 5th, 2010 in Puerto Vallarta , Mexico with eight teams.

Oceania

The qualification took place in February 2011 in Tahiti , the host country of the 2013 World Cup .
