action

A young couple is in a coma after a car accident in a hospital . Karla, the young sister of the comatose woman, travels to Brandenburg to take care of her sister. Likewise the father of the injured man, Axel, who broke off contact with his son for a long time. Karla and Axel get to know each other and get into forgotten events and get closer to each other.

The film was co-produced by public television companies. It premiered at the Munich Film Festival in 2004. On August 26, 2004, Farland was initially released as a feature film, which reached a very limited audience with fewer than 5,000 admissions. The TV premiere was on September 13, 2005 on Arte .
