Faschina is a district of the municipality of Fontanella in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg . At an average of 1500 m above sea level. The mountain village of Faschina is widely scattered as the highest village in the great Walsertal in the northernmost part of the mountain valley through which the Lutz flows. The village is particularly known for the Faschina ski area, which is part of the Damüls ski area.
