Felix Knopp

Felix Knopp (born November 5, 1975 in Gelsenkirchen ) is a German actor and radio play speaker .

Life

After attending the Rudolf Steiner School in Bochum , Felix Knopp graduated from the drama school in Bochum and made his debut in William Shakespeare's comedy Maß für Maß under the direction of Leander Haussmann during his training at the Schauspielhaus Bochum . From 2001 to 2011 he had an engagement at the Hamburg Thalia Theater , where he was seen in numerous productions, such as Kabale und Liebe by Friedrich Schiller , Arthur Schnitzler's play Liebelei , Nathan the Wise by Gotthold Ephraim Lessing, Outside the door by Wolfgang Borchert or in the premieres of Buddenbrooks based on the novel of the same name by Thomas Mann and Elfriede Jelineks Ulrike Maria Stuart . Knopp, who has been working as a freelancer since 2011, has also worked at the Schauspielhaus Graz , the Volksbühne and the German Theater in Berlin. Knopp also composes for the theater and is often on stage with his musical solo program My Darkest Star .

Felix Knopp has also been working in front of the camera since the late 1990s. In addition to roles in films such as A Gift from the Gods , Sisters or About Us Das All , he was seen in several crime scene episodes as well as guest appearances in series such as K3 - Kripo Hamburg or Die Rettungsflieger .

Felix Knopp lives in Berlin.
