The fire brigade museum in the Düren district of Lendersdorf is located in the south wing of the St. Augustine Hospital .

The former full-time chief fire chief of the Düren volunteer fire department , Egon Frings, has collected a large number of exhibits about the fire department in many years of his professional activity. After his retirement he built the museum from his private collection.

Are shown u. a. Helmets and badges from Germany and around the world, standpipes, jet pipes and other water-bearing fittings, fire trucks, documents and certificates, equipment and much more.
