Filialmanagement magazine is a German-language specialist magazine for medium-sized companies in the bakery trade as well as executives and decision-makers in bakery sales that appears six times a year. It was founded in 2009. The target group are chain-branch bakers in Germany , Austria and Switzerland . The magazine is published by Convention Verlagsgesellschaft mbH, based in Osnabrück . Trond Patzphal is the editor-in-chief and managing director of the publishing house. The Bäcker Zeitung is a member of the IVW . The circulation is 3,000 copies per issue

history

The Branch Management was founded in 2009 by Inger publishing company in Osnabrueck. The magazine was published quarterly from 2009 to 2017 and every two months since 2018. In 2018 the trade journal was taken over by Convention Verlagsgesellschaft in Osnabrück. Trond Patzphal has been the publisher and editor since it was founded.

Branch management day

The Convention Verlagsgesellschaft regularly organizes seminars and lectures with its magazine Filialmanagement . The branch management day takes place annually. In 2014, 2015 and 2017 it took place in Osnabrück , 2016 and 2018 it took place in Münster . In addition to the regular branch management day, the first branch management day special took place in Münster on May 14, 2019, where the regular branch management day will also take place in October.

Awards of the branch management

The Convention Verlagsgesellschaft regularly awards awards with its Filialmanagement magazine . Inger Verlagsgesellschaft launched the award for Sales Manager of the Year in 2017. Outstanding sales managers in bakery sales are honored.

Branch management community

On October 5, 2016, the branch management community (then: branch management - the new community ) went online. Entrance to the industry portal is exclusively reserved for executives in bakery specialist sales and system catering . While there was only one paid membership in the beginning, a basic premium model was introduced in 2018. The functions of the portal include a forum , member pages and an article archive (premium membership required). The articles in the archive are selected articles from the magazines Back Journal , BIOwelt , DBZ Magazin , Filialmanagement , Coffee Business and BäckerGastro.
