Finn Carter

Finn Carter (born March 8, 1960 in the USA ) is an American actress who became famous for the horror comedy Tremors - In the land of rocket worms .

Life

Finn Carter is the daughter of the US politician Hodding Carter . At the age of five she began her education in modern jazz in Cambridge . In Mississippi she appeared in student shows. She received her first salary at the age of 14 when she danced in a Pluto costume. She studied at the San Francisco Ballet Company for one summer and then attended Walnut Hills High School for the Performing Arts for two years.

She began her film and television career in the mid-1980s. She had her first major role in 1985 in the television series Young and Passionate, which has been running since 1956 - How life plays . In 1990 she was at the height of her career with the female lead in the movie Tremors - In the Land of Rocket Worms. In the following years she was mainly seen on television or in B-films .

She was married for some time to the actor Steven Weber , whom she met on the set of Young and Passionate - How Life Works. Her second marriage was to Jim Woodruff.
