Fiorenzo Stolfi (born March 11, 1956 in San Marino ) is a San Marino politician . Between 1983 and 2008, she was part of the San Marinese government intermittently for 15 years. Among other things, he was foreign, interior and finance minister.

Stolfi studied law at the University of Urbino . He is married and has two children.

Stolfi joined the Partito Socialista Unitario in 1978 . He held various party offices, including general secretary. From 1983 to 2012 he was a member of the San-Marinese parliament, of the Consiglio Grande e Generale Stolfi was from 1983 to 1986 Minister of Tourism (Deputato per il Turismo e lo Sport, il Commercio e l'Agricultura) in the Partito Comunista Sammarinese (PCS) , PSU and Partito Socialista Sammarinese (PSS) formed government. The government broke up in 1986 and was formed by a coalition of Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese(PDCS) and PCS replaced. After the parliamentary elections in 1988, the PSU, now renamed Partito Socialista Unitario - Intesa Socialista, remained in the opposition and joined the PSS in 1990. After a government crisis, the PDCS and PSS formed a new government in 1992. Stolfi became Minister of Industry (Deputato per l'Industria e l'Artigianato) . After the early elections in 1993, the coalition of PDCS and PSS was continued. Stolfi remained Minister of Industry and was also given responsibility for economic cooperation (Deputato per l'Industria, l'Artigianato e la Cooperazione Economica) . In the 1998 parliamentary elections, the government was confirmed, Stolfi remained in the cabinet and his responsibilities were extended to include the post office and telecommunications (Segretario di Stato per l'Industria, l'Artigianato, la Cooperazione Economica, le Poste e le Telecommunicazioni) . In 2000 there was another government crisis, the PSS left the government and was replaced by Partito Progressista Democratico Sammarinese (PSDS) and Socialisti per le Riforme (SpR). After the parliamentary elections in 2001, a government from PDCS and PSS was formed again, in which Stolfi took over the Foreign Ministry (Segretario di Stato per gli Affari Esteri e Politici) . The government was reorganized on May 20, 2002 and Stolfi became Minister of Finance (Segretario di Stato per le Finanze, il Bilancio, la Programmazione Economica, i Rapporti con l'AASFN ei Trasporti) this remained even after the following government reorganization on June 25, 2002 the cabinet made up of PSS, Alleanza Popolare (AP) and Partito dei Democratici (PdD). However, the government lasted only 6 months and was replaced on December 16, 2002 by an alliance of PDCS and PSS, in which Stolfi was again Foreign Minister (Segretario di Stato per gli Affari Esteri e Politici, la Programmazione e la Cooperatzione Economica) . One year later, in December 2003, the PdD was accepted into the government. Stolfi resigned from the cabinet and was parliamentary group leader of the PSS until the end of the 2006 legislative period. In 2005 the PdD and PSS merged to form the Partito dei Socialisti e dei Democratici (PSD). After the 2006 election, PSD, AP and Sinistra Unita (SU) formed the government and Stolfi became Foreign Minister for the third time (Segratario di Stato per gli Affari Esteri e Politici, e la Programmazione Economica) . Even after the cabinet reshuffle in November 2007, when the Democratici di Centro (DdC) entered government, Stolfi remained Foreign Minister until the end of the legislative period at the end of 2008. The 2008 election was won by the Patto per San Marino alliance and the PSD went into opposition. Stolfi became a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee and represented San Marino in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe from 2009 to 2013 . He did not run for the 2012 parliamentary elections.

On September 8, Stolfi was arrested on charges of membership of a criminal organization and money laundering. His accounts were frozen and his property confiscated. He was released in November but remained under house arrest until May 12, 2015. After his suspension from all party offices in September 2013, Stolfi resigned from the PSD in December 2014. On May 19, 2015, the Conto Mazzini trial of 29 suspects, including Stolfi and seven other former members of the government, opened.
