This list gives an overview of the foreign ministers of San Marino .

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is one of the ten departments (Dicasteri) established by law in 2005 . The incumbent is called Segretario di Stato per gli Affari Esteri e Politici. In contrast to most of the departments that were not formed until after the Second World War, the office of Foreign Minister has existed since 1830.
