This list gives an overview of the Justice Ministers of San Marino .

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is one of the ten departments (Dicasteri) established by law in 2005 . The incumbent is called Segretario di Stato per la Giustizia. Until 1997, the Minister of Justice used the designation Deputato per la Giustizia , the designation Segretario di Stato was only used by the heads of the Departments of Foreign Affairs, Internal Affairs and Finance.
