The Flat Rock Creek is a 32 km long left tributary of the Auglaize River in the northwest of the State of Ohio and northeastern Indiana and is part of the river system of the St. Lawrence River .
The river has its source about 10 km northeast of the city of Decatur in the far east of Adams County , Indiana, and flows first in a north-northeast and then in a northeast direction. It passes the places Payne and Paulding in Paulding County and flows 15 km southwest of Defiance into the Auglaize River.
Flatrock Creek is very popular with anglers. To the flow occurring in the species to include sunfish species belonging Pomoxis annularis (black crappie) and Pomoxis nigromaculatus (white crappie) and the catfish ( catfish ) and trout perch ( large mouth ).
