Flomena Cheyech Daniel (born July 5, 1982 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.

Life

At the 1999 World Cross Country Championships in Belfast, she was tenth in the junior women's race and won silver with the Kenyan team.

As a member of the company team of the fashion chain Uniqlo , she came second in the Japanese company championship in the half marathon in 2008 . In 2009 she won the same event and finished seventh in the Sapporo Half Marathon . At the Half Marathon World Championships in Birmingham she came in eighth place.

In 2010 she defended her title at the Japanese company championship and finished third in Sapporo.

In 2012 she won the Porto Alegre Marathon, came second in the Meia Maratona das Cataratas and won the 10 km of Fortaleza. The following year she triumphed at Roma - Ostia , Vienna City Marathon and the Toronto Waterfront Marathon .

On April 6, 2014, she won the Paris Marathon in 2:22:41 hours.
