Forexx Dutch Open 2007

The Forexx Dutch Open 2007 took place from August 28th to September 2nd, 2007 in the Dutch capital Amsterdam . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2007/08 and belonged to the category 2 Star . It was endowed with US $ 20,000. The women's tournament was part of the WSA World Tour 2007/08 and belonged to the WSA Gold 35 category . The prize money was $ 43,500.

The men's title was won by David Palmer , who beat Laurens Jan Anjema in the final with 15:13, 1:11, 13:15, 11: 1 and 11: 6. Nicol David won the women's tournament for the second time in a row after beating Rachael Grinham 9: 4, 9: 1 and 9: 6 in the final. While Palmer won the 21st title of his professional career, it was David the 22nd title win on the World Tour.

The fields of participants in the men's and women's competition consisted of 16 players each, four of which were reserved for qualifiers. The eight best players were each seeded. Per Wildcard received Tom Hoevenaars in the men's and Margriet Huisman in the women each a spot in the main draw.
