Life
Francisco Javier Pistilli Scorzara joined the Secular Institute of Schoenstatt Fathers in and received on 10 May 1997, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On November 15, 2014, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Encarnación. He was ordained episcopate on December 20 of the same year by the Bishop of Caacupé , Catalino Claudio Giménez Medina . Co- consecrators were his predecessor Ignacio Gogorza Izaguirre SCI di Béth and the Bishop of Amos , Gilles Lemay .
