Life

Noble was initially in French service, where he rose to lieutenant , then moved to the Palatinate , where he made it to captain . Then he went into Austrian service, where he was promoted to Rittmeister . With the beginning of the Seven Years' War he came into Prussian service . There he received permission to set up a free battalion ; for this he was assigned Naumburg as the advertising area . He became a colonel on November 13, 1757, fought very successfully until he was captured in 1760 and was only released at the end of the war. The Prussian King Friedrich II. Must have been satisfied with him, because he was taken in despite his imprisonment. Noble became chief of Garrison Regiment No. 8, which was formed from his battalion , two battalions from the Freikorps "von Wunsch" and one battalion from the Freikorps "Lüderitz". He died in Glatz on February 5, 1772.

A memorial stone with a Latin inscription was placed in one of the pillars of the Catholic parish church in Glatz.
