Franziska Oehme

Franziska Oehme (born July 27, 1944 in Leipzig ) is a German actress .

Life

The daughter of the actor Peter Oehme actually wanted to become a physiotherapist, but then decided to act. She received lessons from Gustav Knuth . In 1967 she made her film debut, the following year she had in the film comedy Always Trouble with the Timpani in the role of Christa against Uschi Glas in the favor of the lead actor played by hit star Roy Black . In 1971 she was on stage at the reopening of the Theater am Kurfürstendamm in the boulevard play Tschau by Marc-Gilbert Sauvajon, directed by Wolfgang Spier, at the side of Horst Niendorf and Peter Schiff . The year before, she had become known at Berlin theaters with this play.

In 1973 she took on the female lead in the movie Oh Jonathan - oh Jonathan! In place of the originally planned Gila von Weitershausen . at the side of Heinz Rühmann .

She was married to the German jazz pianist and band leader Horst Jankowski .
