The Women's Superliga ( Serbian - Cyrillic Суперлига Србије у фудбалу за жене / Superliga Srbije u fudbalu za žene; abbreviation: СЛСЖ / SLSŽ) is the top division of the football championship of the Women of Serbia Football Association , which is organized by the Serbian Women's Football Association .

The league was initially founded in 2006 under the name First Women's League of Serbia (Прва женска лига Србије / Prva Ženska Liga Srbije), which replaced the championship competition for women of Yugoslavia / Serbia-Montenegro . In 2013 it was renamed the Superliga, as the second division established in that year operates under the name of the women's first division (Prva liga za žene). Eight clubs are currently represented in the super league. The champions of a season qualify for the qualifying round of the UEFA Women's Champions League of the following season, while the last of the general classification is relegated to the first division.
