action

A man dressed as Santa Claus steals cash and Christmas presents from the Craig and Day-Day household . Craig notices this and wants to confront the burglar. He calls Day-Day for help, but he is sound asleep in the next room. The burglar overpowers Craig and is able to escape. The police officers called find drugs in the men's house, which is why Craig and Day-Day narrowly escape arrest. However, a warning remains and the police confiscate the hemp plant.

The next day the landlady knocked on Mrs. Pearly and asked for the rent that had not been paid. The two try to convey that the money was stolen. However, this cannot be appeased and requires payment the next day. She threatens that she would otherwise send her son over. He was released the day before from twelve years in prison.

The two get a job from Craig's father as a guard in a shopping center that owns a shop in this one. Before they can do their job as a "rental cop", however, they are cut off by the landlady's gay son. He threatens to rape them if they fail to find the money.

During their work, however, they also keep an eye out for Santa Claus who stole from them. They also get to know Donna through their work . She works in a shop that is attacked by a couple. The man distracts Donna and her boss with a mock heart attack, while his allegedly pregnant wife replaces the pillow stuffed in his shirt with branded clothes. However, the two security guards discover this act through the shop window and prevent the thieves from escaping.

However, the following plot leads to some mix-ups, which is why the two cousins are released. The police are also called in. However, the officers are unable to act because they have consumed the seized drugs themselves and are now on a drug intoxication. The two, who are now in financial difficulties, decide to design the Christmas party as a benefit celebration. They all invite you to this. Everyone who wants to celebrate has to throw a donation into a donation box they made themselves.

From now on, several storylines run in parallel. Damon , inferior to carnal lust, spots Pimp , Donna's boss, and wants to assault him. When he is already on the floor in the bathroom, he can grab a pipe wrench and incapacitate his tormentor by pinching his genitals. The pimp seems to be sadistic because he leaves the pipe wrench on permanently and torments Damon with it.

At the same time, Craig seduces Donna and the two disappear into Craig's bedroom. However, they are discovered there by Day-Day, who immediately bothers them. As soon as they are out of the room again, Craig's father rushes over, who urgently needs to go to the bathroom. However, this is still occupied by Damon and the Pimp, which is why he goes to the toilet of the landlady, who lives directly in the apartment below. After using the toilet, however, he is stopped by the landlady who wants to have sexual intercourse with him. However, the two are discovered by Craig and his mother. An argument ensues.

Meanwhile, the little pimp is dragging Damon "by the balls" through the apartment onto the street. Donna is in a bad mood because Day-Day discovered her making love with Craig. The Pimp and Donna want to leave the party by car. Donna is waiting with the engine running. Pimp's plan is to let go of Damon, quickly get into the car, and then drive away. However, Donna drives off without him at the last moment, whereupon the pimp is chased by Damon through the entire neighborhood, who swears by revenge.

At that moment, the two cousins discover the thieving Santa on the other side of the street. The two pursue the thief to his hiding place, a dilapidated hovel. The thief does not notice that the two of them followed him to the house. When he got to the house he unwraps all the stolen gifts. However, Craig and Day-Day catch him doing it and try to overwhelm him. However, the thief can escape through the window.

A chase begins. The two cousins take up the chase and chase the gift thief to the main street. Here the chase ends abruptly after the thief is hit by Pinky's limousine. Pinky, who is already known from the previous film Next Friday , checks whether the person driven around is still alive and then gives his chauffeur the signal to continue. The two can then grab the thief lying on the ground. They drag him to the roof of his house and tie him to an illuminated Santa Claus sleigh decoration.

The film ends in Craig and Day-Day's shared apartment. The party continues here and those who have already returned come back. Craig disappears into his bedroom with Donna and bolts the door with his dresser. In addition, at the end you see how the pimp is still being chased through half the city. The ending is told like a fairy tale .

The lexicon of international films wrote that the film was a "silly comedy of Afro-American origin that tries to exercise social criticism, but only brings about another bland infusion of (...) the first work of the rapper Ice-Cube" . He offers "stupid sayings, fecal humor and roughness" that would "hardly add to the entertainment value" .

backgrounds
