Friedrich Weigle (son)

Friedrich Weigle (born September 9, 1882 , † September 25, 1958 ) was a German organ builder .

In 1906 he and his brothers took over the workshop of his father Friedrich Weigle . From 1937 he was the sole owner of the company. In collaboration with the harmonium construction company J. & P. ​​Schiedmayer , Weigle developed the so-called Parabrahm organ in 1908 , which has an integrated harmonium as a supplement to a conventional pipe organ . The only instrument of this type preserved today is in Eichwalde near Berlin .
