Villa Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 10 in the Pasing district of Munich

The Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 10 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1898. The villa on Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which belongs to the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-story mansard walmdachbau with middle buttress , dome and lantern , rusticated corner pilaster strip and stucco was designed by architect Georg Völkl in baroque- built style.

The limited living space made a rear extension necessary soon after construction.
